  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, acting as the primary point of contact
  • Monitor and manage vendor performance, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and audits of vendor services.
  • Manage vendor risk, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Implement and oversee SIAM processes and frameworks to integrate and manage multiple service providers
  • Address and resolve any issues or disputes with vendors promptly and effectively
  • Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in vendor services and processes
  • Prepare and present reports on vendor performance and SIAM activities
  • Manage escalations and major incidents involving vendor services
  • Daily collaboration with Service and Delivery Manager ensuring smooth operations

Requirements

  • Experience in managing multiple vendors and integrating services
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • ITIL v3/v4 certification
  • Experience with SIAM frameworks and methodologies
