Contract Manager at BodenThe Contract Manager will support our clients green hydrogen project working closely with Project Leads, Construction Managers, and other stakeholders. Reporting to the Lead Contract Manager / Head of Contracts and functionally to the Site Construction Manager / Area Manager, this role ensures effective contract administration and management on site.Responsibilities:

• Manage site contractors and ensure contract compliance and administration.
• Collaborate within a cross-functional team to address risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Support the development of contracting strategies and enforce Change Requests, Change Orders, and claims.
• Contribute to contract reviews, negotiations, and alignment with other contract managers.
• Ensure consistent interpretation of contractual clauses and implement lessons learned.
• Provide guidance on contractual issues, risks, and opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Contract Manager in major construction projects.
• Background in law, commercial, or technical fields, with a university degree or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on clarity and transparency.

RemunerationDaily rate: €750 to €850 per dayAccommodation: Provided by youDuration: 12 month extendable contract
