Role Responsibilities:

* Coordinate planning and scheduling of site activities in the Precious Metals Refining department to drive innovative recycling methods.
* Independently manage projects from conception to execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance site operations.
* Lead meetings, efficiently organize and follow-up on multiple tasks to optimize industrial site operations with a strong focus on safety.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial engineering or equivalent technical background.
* Minimum of multiple years of experience in executing construction works or site maintenance activities.
* Mandatory VCA safety certification for managers to ensure strict compliance with industry standards in Seveso environments.
* Fluent level of Dutch and good level of English.
