In this key role, you will oversee human resources operations at the site level, supporting global HR strategies and ensuring business objectives are met.

• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
• Manage day-to-day HR activities for the production site, collaborating closely with local leadership and global HR teams.
• Lead recruitment processes and manage talent acquisition, employee training, and development.
• Handle labor relations and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with legal and company standards for health and safety regulations.
• Animate industrial relations with local employee representatives.
• Support performance management, implementing programs for employee evaluation and development.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in manufacturing industries.
• Strong knowledge of Italian labor laws.
• Fluent in English.
