The purpose of the role is to ensure proper planning and execution of E2E supply chain process at the site, including Logistics and warehousing services to provide excellent customer service by meeting the required lead-times.The role holder is a key member of the Site Leadership Team and is expected to play a full part in developing and executing the site strategy and the strategy of the functional area including identifying continuous improvement opportunities.Key responsibilities:Ensuring compliance to EHS rules and appropriate management of all supply chainrelated processes on site, while coordinating those with Global partners.Develop and propose Logistic and Supply chain long-term plan/strategy upon harmonization with the top management of the company, cooperating proactively to improve the status quo in the field of Employees safety, Quality and Operational productivity and sustainability.Responsible for order book management: allocation process and activation ofsubmission of samples and protocols, coordinate the supply activities until final release.Responsible for the stock management of all incoming and produced materials.Responsible for the provisioning of all directs components for the Site Manufacturing planEnsure the Long Range Planning process is converted into Sitemanufacturing plan to facilitate Manufacturing Execution and Site Targets achievements.Provide reports, business analyses and information, escalation to Site and GlobalLeadership in timely mannerMonitor and improve the performance of the Warehouse and the SC organization by setting up KPIs, targets and objectives.Responsible for the Learning process and the continuous development of the Warehouse and SC teamIdentifies the key areas for improvement, thus propose and implement continuous improvements, trough the partnership with OE team, develop and drive GPS projects in the supply chain function.Basic Qualifications & Skills:University degree in Supply Chain or in FinanceMinimum 5 years of experience within pharma industryMinimum 5 years of leadership experience within the field of supply chainFluent in both Hungarian and English languagesExcellent organization and good communication/influencing skillsPreferred Qualifications & Skills:Knowledge in aspects of vaccines/biological production preferred.Business acumenGood team-worker, who can still work on his own if needed.Good problem solving and decision – making ability .Strong ethical valuesSense of urgency , flexibility and accountability, Ability to set up priorities / time management.Why GSK?Uniting science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together.GSK is a global biopharma company with a special purpose – to unite science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together – so we can positively impact the health of billions of people and deliver stronger, more sustainable shareholder returns – as an organisation where people can thrive.
