The position

As Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing a group of office buildings. Your key priority is to ensure stable facilities management operation. You will manage facility services delivered through a supplier contract and coordinate other services in the buildings operated under different supplier contracts. You will collaborate with our Service Matter Experts (SMEs) for each service to ensure excellent operations. You will be the link between the suppliers and internal stakeholders, and make sure services are delivered according to agreed service level.

Our office portfolio is rapidly expanding and currently it consists of 200.000 square meters primarily based in Bagsværd, Gentofte, and Søborg.

Your key areas of responsibility will be:

•            Maintain service specifications and manage soft and hard FM in a group of office buildings

•            Manage expectations and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers

•            Take part in making new office buildings operational

•            Provide input to a 5-year project pipeline

•            Manage and oversee budget requirements and prepare business cases

Qualifications

To thrive and succeed in this role, we expect you to have:

•            Educational background in facilities management, engineering, or business

•            5+ years of relevant experience within facilities management

•            Proven track record managing sites or service contracts, following up on FM budgets, and investment planning

•            Strong communication skills in English and Danish, both orally and in writing.

•            A valid driving’s license.

On a personal level, you are a team player with a service mindset and have flair for stakeholder management as you will be in daily contact with line of business, vendors, etc. You have excellent planning skills and are used to work in a structured manner with an agile mind-set. You are result oriented and persistent, even when the tasks become complex, and you experience some resistance.

About the department

We are around 300 employees in CFa based in Bagsværd, Hillerød, Måløv and Kalundborg, managing ~2500 external employees. We drive strategic facility management in Denmark and are responsible for safeguarding, sustaining and continuously optimising Novo Nordisk property and delivering services to our more than 20.000 Danish colleagues.

The department OfficeOperations is located in Bagsværd and will end up with 6 employees who are responsible for driving Hard- and Sorfservice across all Danish sites. The team delivers service and maintenance through contracts with external vendors.
