This is an exciting opportunity for a construction professional with strong structural and civil experience, who has successfully delivered commercial buildings and residential housing projects. If you’re passionate about quality, safety, and leadership, we’d love to hear from you. Responsibilities:What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to maintain productivity and resolve challenges.
• Interpret and implement technical drawings and specifications.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Maintain accurate site documentation including progress reports, quality checks, and safety records.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.

Experience:What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in commercial and residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of structural and civil engineering principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and managing site documentation.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.

Qualifications:

• Working towards an academic and or a professional industry related qualification
• CSCS for Managers, SMSTS, CDM/PSCS Awareness, BBS, & S5 Q10 internal workshops
• First Aid at work Certificate
• Lifting Supervisor
• Driving Licence
