With a proven track record of successful project delivery, this company focuses on providing innovative, high-quality solutions across the education, residential, civil and commercial sectors.The day-to-day responsibilities include managing the site, interpreting construction drawings, ensuring accurate setting out, and influencing project progress to meet deadlines. Within the role you will develop effective relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders while ensuring that quality, environmental, and health & safety standards are met.This role would suit a Site Manager or similar with a background in Civil engineering and/or wastewater looking for a stable, long-term role within a company that can offer great training, a company bonus and the opportunity to progress.The Role:

• Manage site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Oversee teams, interpret construction drawings, and ensure accurate setting out.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, and environmental standards.

• Civil Engineering/Water treatment
• Commutable to Kegworth
