This role is pivotal in leading the implementation of cutting-edge process and production technologies, driving Lean operations, capacity expansion, and cultural transformation. Accountable for ensuring that all functions and teams are aligned and collaborating seamlessly to achieve our strategic productivity and transformation goals, while maintaining production efficiency, regulatory compliance, and strong employee engagement.
The site productivity leader will leverage deep manufacturing operations expertise while influencing cross-functional teams at Site to implement initiatives that enhance productivity and deliver tangible financial results.
As a key member of the Site Leadership Team, you will report directly to the Site Leader and collaborate closely with leaders across Advanced Engineering, and Lean Operations. Together, you will ensure the effective execution of change initiatives that propel our organization forward.
Your responsibilities will include managing and driving both new and existing projects to deploy an end-to-end transformative program across our manufacturing sites in line with the broader Productivity Program plan. You will spearhead initiatives designed to enhance organizational productivity, overseeing the entire productivity funnel process, unlocking value stream capacity through Lean, Automation, Digital & Capex to meet demand for API and final product..
In this role, you will be accountable for translating high-level objectives into actionable and scalable program plans, ensuring consistent communication and transparency throughout the organization, all while staying aligned with our transformation roadmap. You will unlock value stream capacity through Lean, Automation, Digital, and Capex initiatives, enabling us to meet the growing demand for API and final products.Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesInterfacing across several workstreams, this role serves as an Integrator, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships across the enterprise, while having a solid understanding of the pipeline of productivity initiatives and ongoing opportunities.Also serves as a coach to workstream leaders to help keep pace and establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of all initiatives.
