As a SME Proposition Manager – Channel Strategy, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Milan.
Together, we work on shaping the future of SME digital payments in Europe, working in a modern, innovative, and ever-changing environment.

In this position, you will be reporting to Head of Group SME Proposition, within MS SME Marketing, in an organization working seamlessly across all Nexi Businesses & Regions, with the objective of delivering high-impact projects, governing group and local stakeholders and supporting in steering key strategic initiatives” In terms of your responsibilities, it translates to the following:
Shape and support local countries in continuously improve the SME customer value proposition in alignment with Nexi’s strategic goals, ensuring it reflects evolving client needs and market dynamics across geographies.
Leverage qualitative and quantitative research, customer interviews, and data analysis to deeply understand the needs, pain points, and behaviors of SME clients in different verticals (e.g. retail, HoReCa, professional services).
Analyze, define, and optimize the role of each sales channel (e.g., direct, digital, indirect) to maximize reach and profitability and support local monitoring of channel performance, identifying gaps and growth opportunities
Act as a connector between Group teams and local business units, ensuring a unified vision and consistent execution of the SME proposition across markets.What Makes You a Great Fit
