We are specialized in the design, production and maintenance of components and systems for both the civil and military aviation.As SMS and QMS Internal Auditor you will support the definition and maintaining of internal audit programs for value stream processes, programs and products, in compliance with applicable regulatory, statutory and customers requirements. You will promote common guidelines for audit management system across Avio Aero Organization.Job DescriptionEssential ResponsibilitiesEstablish the extent of audit program according to relevant objectives and any known constraintsDetermine external and internal issues, risks and opportunities that can affect the audit program and implement actions to address themCommunicate the audit program to the client and, as appropriate, relevant interested partiesProvide guidelines for a correct audit execution and ensure the execution of internal audit program with the support of company auditorsEnsure that appropriate documented information is prepared and maintained, including audit program recordsSupport appropriate continuous development activities to maintain the necessary competence, support auditors’ competences training and update the relevant registerMonitor, review and improve audit programs by establishing a correct measurement system and update the relevant KPIsSupport the coordination and implementation of the New Make, MRO and CRO audit program in compliance with Quality and Safety Management Systems, Control Authorities and Customer requirements, together with Site Quality System, Customer Quality and Supplier QualityExecute internal audits and assure principles of auditingEnsure verification of completion and effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions related to audit findings, with the contribution of the Site Quality System managersPromote improvement actions based on audits data analysisQualifications / RequirementsBachelor’s Degree with previous experience in Aerospace Quality System or in Quality AssuranceAuditor qualificationKnowledge of audit principles, methods and processes AS9100 and AS1310Knowledge of AS management system standards, other relevant standards and reference/guidance documentsKnowledge of applicable statutory and regulatory requirements and other requirements relevant to business activities of the auditee (e.g. Part 21 & Part 145, EMAR21 & EMAR145)Fluent Italian and EnglishWork Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is requiredDesired CharacteristicsEnergy, passion & enthusiasm to drive changeStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal and leadership skillsStrong problem solving capabilitiesDemonstrated effective collaboration, negotiation & conflict resolution skillsAble to respond/react with appropriate urgency/professionalism and make decisions under pressure/stressWhat we offerSmart working and work life-balanceAvio Aero, when possible, promotes remote work and encourages a good, healthy and satisfying work-life balance.
