DescriptionOverview: To develop and provide a quality Physiotherapy service within Stroke Rehabilitation including the Early Supported Discharge (ESD) Service at St. Vincent’s University Hospital.This will require working alongside existing staff in promoting and developing the service in line with the organisational strategy. It will involve working within the early supported discharge stroke multidisciplinary team as a senior physiotherapist, providing specialist assessment and rehabilitation to stroke survivors.
