Job description

We’re looking for a sharp, experimental Social Media Manager for an AI-driven media project on a mission to create and monetize content through social media at scale. You will help us identify what’s about to go viral, distill it into repeatable patterns, and feed our AI engine with the insights.This is not a traditional posting-and-scheduling role. It’s a strategic position for someone obsessed with formats, formulas, and frameworks behind high-performing content.Tasks

• Monitor social platforms daily (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, X, Threads, etc.) to spot trends before they peak
• Break down viral content into repeatable formats: hooks, tone, structure, CTA, visuals
• Convert trend analysis into AI prompts and editorial rules that guide generation
• Test and validate content templates; identify top performers and iterate
• Forward outlier-performing content to paid teams for amplification

Requirements

• Strong experience reading platform analytics or content performance tools
• Ability to reverse-engineer why content performs
• Proven ability to synthesize and articulate content trends concisely
• Solid understanding of short-form video, memes, reels, carousels, etc..
