The engine of our success is the importance and value that we place on the talent and passion of our people leading to their own professional growth.JOB PURPOSEThe role is responsible for directly managing social media strategies and contents on all western social accounts (Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest, Linkedin), supervise and coordinate strategy and contents for all eastern social platforms (Weibo, WeChat, RED, Tencent, Douyin, KakaoTalk, Line, X Japan) in collaboration with local offices.RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create organic editorial plan and calendar according to retail priorities and campaigns.
• Develop social media strategy per channel WW.
• Ensure a constant monitoring of performances.
• Create and analyze reporting.
• Ensure the nature of the contents lead to the expected level of performances.
• Coordination of local teams.
• Coordination with media teams or social paid strategies.
• Coordination with communication teams, retail, style office, external art directors and consultants.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLSMinimum 5/6 years’ experience in a similar role
Very well structured and organized, precise, strategic mindset.
Good sensibility towards fashion, both in terms of photo and video.
Very good knowledge of all social media platforms both west and east.
Result driven.
Very good with PPT, Excel.
Curious, passionate, and dynamic.
Fluent English.
