Pay Rate: £46.08 per hourAbout the Role:Liquid Personnel is recruiting for a dedicated Social Worker to join the Adult’s Hospital Mental Health Team in Liverpool.What will your responsibilities be?In this role, you will deliver a high-quality social work service to adults and their families or carers who are vulnerable or in need of support. You will work collaboratively with citizens, families, and carers to promote independence and ensure they are central to all decisions affecting their lives. Using a person-centred approach, you will develop outcome-focused plans that reflect individual goals and preferences. Your responsibilities will include safeguarding, advocacy, and multi-agency coordination, all while maintaining compliance with the Care Act 2014 and other relevant legislation to uphold dignity, choice, and well-being.Benefits:

Qualifications & Experience:To be successful in this role you must have,

• Social Work England registration
• Eligible to work in the UK
• Hold a full UK licence
• Post-qualified experience
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
