Software AnalystTrustteam, a leading IT managed services provider with 700 employees across five countries, is looking for a motivated Software Analyst to strengthen our software team in Kortrijk.Our software department is a crucial pillar within Trustteam. Here, we develop and optimize Pulse, a fully in-house designed software solution specifically aimed at health and occupational protection services. With Pulse, we continuously strive to provide our clients with the most innovative and efficient solutions.What does the analyst role entail?You will be part of the Pulse analyst team, consisting of 8 analysts, each responsible for a specific module of the software.You act as a key link between the client, the development team, and the end user.As an expert, you are the point of contact for all questions related to your module.You quickly become familiar with your clients’ business activities.You gather requirements, are responsible for analysis, and model them into functionalities.You validate functionalities during their actual implementation and make necessary adjustments.You provide adequate documentation.Who are we looking for?You have a strong IT background and are familiar with a wide range of technologies.You are highly interested in technical challenges and eager to keep learning.You have at least 3 years of professional experience in IT and are interested in a role that bridges business and development.You have a good understanding of business processes.You work in a structured manner, are highly analytical, and can set priorities.You can think abstractly and conceptually with the client, but also enjoy diving into details.You take initiative and responsibility within the team.You are independent, communicative, and social.Good command of French and English is required.What we offerA stable and challenging role in a growing, international company where you are not just a number.Participation in various company activities, including our friendly Friday drinks at our in-house company bar.An attractive salary package with numerous extra-legal benefits.
