While the main distribution area of CGM Italia Group is Italy, its products are also localized and sold in Europe and outside Europe.We are now working on an important international project aimed to create a new generation solution, that will leverage cutting-edge technology to provide the best in class customer experience by supporting and optimizing our customer’s workflow.Through this project CGM will have the opportunity of shaping the future of how customers all around the world do their work, whether it be for a single user or for a hosted solution and thousands of workstations.Our project team consists of an international team of partners, individuals, and institutions focused on designing flexible, customizable, user-centered inclusive interfaces.In order to enlarge this structure, we are looking for a Software Developer Front-end for our offices in Brescia.Your Responsibilities:Create user-friendly, high-performance Angular apps, in close cooperation with the BE, QA and UX colleaguesDevelop modern, responsive web apps, based on software development principles and best practicesDeliver clean, quality, high-performing code, that complies with Coding Guidelines /Coding best practicesImplement new features based on specific requirements and maintain, improve, or refactor existing codeBe involved in all aspects of the development process and product lifecycleParticipate in system design and architecture decisionsWork with the product manager and the team lead on planning and delivering product enhancementsPropose suitable technical solutions according to the project’s requirements and software architecture best practicesPerform code reviews on team members’ pull requests and provide feedback on how to improveAssist and mentor the junior frontend developers within the teamYour Qualifications:At least 3 years of experience with web development (preferably at least 1 year with Angular2+)Experience with Typescript, JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3Experience with CSS pre-processors like SASS or LESSSolid understanding of RxJSFamiliar with NgRx, NGXS or other state management libraryPractical experience building scalable, highly performant and responsive web applicationsExperience writing modular, reusable componentsComfortable using browser DevTools to inspect, debug and analyze the performance of the applicationExperience working with Web services, API Integration, and Restful ServicesExperience with JavaScript testing frameworks like Jasmine and JestExperience with Git, Gitlab, SonarFamiliar with agile development methodologies: prototyping, refining requirements, estimating stories and epicsGreat commitment to quality-oriented practicesSelf-motivated, willing to learn new things and stay on top of industry trendsAnalytical, open-minded, problem-solving and results-oriented personalityGood communication skills and proficiency in English
