Job DescriptionBuilding off our Cloud momentum, Oracle has formed a new organization – Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure. This team focuses on product development and product strategy for Oracle Health, while building out a complete platform supporting modernized, automated healthcare. This is a net new line of business, constructed with an entrepreneurial spirit that promotes an energetic and creative environment. 5+ years of experience leading and successfully delivering large and complex technical projects from concept to production
Strong grasp of User Experience and User Interface Design
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related engineering fieldCareer Level – M3ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:Grow and lead engineering teams to deliver critical services and components for the Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure organization
Lead projects that span multiple infrastructure domains including networking, storage, and virtualization
Provide technical direction and audit design decisions of their team
Cultivate best practices for software development and documentation, assure designs meet requirements and deliver high-quality work on tight schedules
Drive operational excellence for their team’s areas of responsibility
Collaborate with other team leaders on developing and presenting product roadmapsQualificationsManages and controls activities in multi-functional areas of sections. Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet Corporate specifications. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills. Strong communication skills, analytical skills, thorough understanding of product development.
