The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and its capabilities, with experience in customizing and developing CRM solutions to meet business needs.Key Responsibilities:Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.Configure and customize the user interface and business processes (e.g., Business Process Flows, Workflows, Plug-ins).Develop and integrate custom applications using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Web API.Collaborate with the IT team and stakeholders to ensure the success of CRM projects.Maintain and optimize existing solutions to improve performance and scalability.Create detailed technical documentation and provide technical support to end users.Required Skills:Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development (preferably Dynamics 365).Proficiency in programming languages like C# and JavaScript, along with related technologies (ASP.NET, .NET Framework).Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) is a plus.Knowledge of SQL Server and the ability to write complex queries.Familiarity with integration via Web API, REST, and SOAP Services.Ability to work in a team and manage priorities in a dynamic environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good command of the English language (written and spoken).Preferred Skills:Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-910, MB-920, MB-230).Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.Familiarity with Azure DevOps or other software lifecycle management tools.Experience in developing and maintaining custom PCF controls.Understanding of Dynamics 365 licensing.What you’ll find in JoivyHybrid or Full-Remote working policy – up to you which working modality suits you best!Competitive Compensation.Benefit package (according to the country of reference).Business phone and laptop.Meal vouchers.Dynamic, young, and international work environment.Strong professional growth.People!
