Software Engineer – Machine Learning

As a Software Engineer – ML you will focus on integrating chatbot solutions within our systems, directly contributing to our innovative AI projects.

Your future role within QRT:

• Collaborate closely with our Machine Learning engineers to integrate large language models (LLMs) into existing systems and workflows.
• Implement, maintain and support chatbot applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of integration processes, system configurations, and technical support procedures.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in software development, deployment, and system integration.

Your present skill set:

• Proficiency in Python and knowledge of software engineering best practices.
• Strong experience in software development, system integration and automation.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and their integration services.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and security principles.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
• Strong written and oral communication (English and French), explaining complex issues to non-technical users.
• Independent and collaborative team worker.
• Experience with integrating AI models and chatbot applications.
• Knowledge of data management and database systems.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Passionate about technology and its potential to transform industries and user experiences.
• Enjoys working in a collaborative environment and building relationships with team members.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality solutions.
• Flexible and adaptable, able to handle the dynamic nature of project requirements and timelines.
