Software Project ManagerTrustteam, a leading managed IT services provider with 700 employees across five countries, is looking for a motivated Software Project Manager to strengthen our team.Our software department is a key pillar within Trustteam. We develop and optimize Pulse, a fully in-house designed software solution specifically tailored for occupational health and safety services. With Pulse, we continuously strive to provide our clients with innovative and high-performance solutions.What is the role of the Software Project Manager ?Lead projects from start to finish, with a focus on France.Act as the crucial link between the client and the development team.Serve as the main point of contact for all project-related inquiries as an expert.Develop project plans and schedule meetings with relevant stakeholders.Quickly understand clients’ business areas, gather requirements, take responsibility for analysis, and translate them into functional features.Define project timelines and plan stakeholder meetings.Validate functionalities throughout the project’s development and make necessary adjustments, ensuring proper documentation.Coordinate, organize, and oversee various software projects.Actively participate in the migration to the client’s new platform.Who are we looking for?You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree or have equivalent experience.You have at least 3 years of professional experience and are passionate about bridging the gap between business and development.In addition to French, you have a strong command of English.You are willing to occasionally travel to clients in France to oversee projects.You collaborate strategically with clients.You work in a structured manner, are highly analytical, and can prioritize effectively.
