As Software Technical Project Manager, you will take the lead on driving the coordination and delivery of a play experience — an ambitious and high-priority initiative for our client company. In practice, you’ll be acting as a delivery manager of the experience, but the broader scope of this role: our client expects to draw on your background to shape not only the delivery, but also the future evolution of platform-based play experiences. This is a cross-functional role requiring collaboration across multiple teams and stakeholders, with a strong focus on planning, delivery, and enabling alignment across squads.This is a contract for 18 months with 3-month contract periods. The expected start date is August 2025.How you’ll spend your day

• Lead the scrum of scrums, maintaining overall backlog, coordinating the experience across all sub-teams.
• Maintain high alignment and collaboration across platform and experience teams, acting as a central point of coordination between product, design, engineering, and external stakeholders.
• Run and contribute to the Scrum of Scrums process to ensure consistent delivery and decision-making.
• Collaborate with squad leads and the platform architect to guide execution and escalate blockers.
• Track key deliverables, dependencies, and risks; maintain clear status visibility for stakeholders.
• Facilitate conversations that balance creative ambition with technical feasibility and delivery realities.
• Help define and evolve ways of working as we continue to scale platform-based experience delivery.

You’ll be successful if you have

• Proven experience as a Producer or Technical Project Manager in games, digital experiences, or platform development.
• Strong coordination, with experience working across multiple teams or squads.
• Excellent communicator and facilitator, able to align diverse perspectives.
• Comfortable operating in complex and evolving environments.
• Experience with agile/scrum workflows and cross-functional delivery models.
• A structured and proactive mindset, with a clear focus on outcomes.
