Looking for an independent, confident payroll professional to be responsible for end to end processing, solely, reporting into the HR function.Sole Payroll Manager

Manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
Oversee payroll reporting and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile payroll accounts.
Address employee payroll queries in a professional and timely manner.
Implement and maintain payroll system updates and improvements.
Provide guidance and support to junior payroll staff.
Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.

A strong background in payroll management within a professional setting.
Solid understanding of accounting and finance principles.
Proficiency in payroll software and systems – Excel competent
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Knowledge of current payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
Comfortable operating within a sole payroll position
Happy to commute to numerous sites within the West London area (Hayes)

Sole Payroll Manager

Salary (dependent on previous experience and expectations): Ranging from £45,000 per annum and above
Permanent, full time position
Sole ownership of the payroll process
Hybrid model – travel between Hayes, one other site and WFH 1x day per week
Parking on site (Hayes)
