We are a business law firm with extensive knowledge and experience in the following sectors: Charities, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Energy, Technology, Financial Services and Built Environment.The TeamWe are seeking a solicitor for maternity cover, to join our highly regarded Charities and Not-for-Profit team. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious candidate to join Ireland’s leading and largest charities practice. We are open to candidates with 3+ years PQE.The team is part of a larger Corporate Department and the role will best suit a solicitor with an interest in working in corporate governance, charities advisory and charitable mergers. Prior experience in charity law is not a requirement and experience in a corporate team will be favourably considered.The MHC Charities and Not-for-Profit team is recognised as a leading adviser in Ireland on all types of governance, advisory and transactional matters for household name Irish charities, international charities and Ireland’s leading hospitals, universities and housing bodies.
