As a Conveyancer, you will manage a diverse caseload of property transactions from start to finish and you will work closely with clients, ensuring transactions are handled efficiently and to a high standard.Responsibilities

• Manage the conveyancing process from instruction to completion
• Communicate effectively with clients, solicitors, and stakeholders
• Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts and deeds
• Conduct thorough property searches and investigations
• Provide expert advice to clients regarding property transactions

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• A proactive, collaborative approach to teamworking
