As the Head of Private Client, you will play a crucial role in managing a diverse caseload, providing personalised legal advice and solutions to help clients navigate a range of private client matters. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in guiding the private client team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and driving the growth of the practice.Responsibilities

• Manage a private client caseload
• Mentor and support junior team members, providing guidance and resources for their success
• Drive business development initiatives to attract new clients and expand the private client portfolio
• Contribute to the firm’s strategic planning and decision-making processes

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor with at least 5+ years PQE
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Proven track record in private client law and business development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach
