Our client has a busy team and are seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to take ownership of an existing caseload of wills, trusts and probate matters. The work will incorporate working with elderly clients and undertaking home visits where necessary, and we are seeking someone who has a friendly and warm communication style and can show compassion.The work will incorporate providing advice on Estate Administration and Inheritance Planning, you will support executors and trustees and engage with other legal professionals and develop your network to consider commercial business opportunities.The firm offer a salary negotiable depending on experience and qualifications and part of the benefits package will incorporate the opportunity for additional STEP qualification.
