Known for their personal, client-focused approach, this firm offers a supportive, collaborative environment where you can thrive professionally.As a New Build Conveyancer, you will play an essential role in managing residential property matters, with a focus on new build transactions. You’ll take ownership of a varied caseload, ensuring that clients experience a seamless and stress-free journey during one of the most important transactions of their lives.Responsibilities

• Handle a caseload of new build transactions, from instruction to post-completion
• Deal with tight deadlines often imposed by developers and lenders
• Draft and review documents specific to new build developments
• Communicate effectively with clients, developers, estate agents, mortgage lenders, keeping all parties informed of progress and key dates

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years experience in New Build
• Shared ownership experience desirable but not essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
• Commitment to providing exceptional client service and building long-term relationships
