We’re recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded law firm that is expanding its specialist team in Clinical Negligence matters. This opportunity is ideal for a legal professional who thrives on autonomy, values meaningful client work and brings proven experience in managing clinical negligence claims from instruction through to resolution.In this role, you’ll take full ownership of a varied caseload involving complex and emotionally sensitive matters. You’ll conduct detailed assessments of new enquiries, analyse medical records, prepare case summaries and chronologies and work closely with clients to guide them through the claims process. Your responsibilities will also include drafting key legal documents, instructing medical experts and Counsel, preparing schedules of loss and managing litigation in both the County and High Courts.We are seeking applications from solicitors or level executives who have experience of clinical negligence law, including familiarity with recent case developments and upcoming changes in fixed recoverable costs and pre-action protocols for lower-value claims.You’ll be joining a firm that genuinely values its people.
