We are currently seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join a growing and friendly property team, working within a Legal 500 legal practice whose strong reputation is reflected in the scope and reach of their client base.This is a very hands on role where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of property transactions. Your responsibilities will include managing all aspects of the conveyancing process, from initial instruction through to completion and includes dealing with:

• Sales and purchases
• Freehold and leasehold
• Right to Buy
• Shared ownership
• Equity release
• Remortgages
