We are working with a successful private practice who are seeking an experienced conveyancer with at least 5+ PQE to join their busy and friendly residential conveyancing department. Their longstanding relationships with clients speak volumes about the trust and excellence they have built over time.This role will give you the opportunity to undertake good quality work and develop your career within a highly reputable legal practice. The conveyancing team are well known for their wealth of property experience and are adept at using cutting-edge technology and case management systems. From start to finish, you will handle diverse conveyancing matters, to include:

• Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
• Shared ownership transactions
• Right to buy processes
• Transfer of equity procedures
