Our client is a modern independent practice employing a mix of Solicitors and Consultants. Due to expansion, we are seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to be Practice Head and contribute to the development the team and the firm’s reputation in private family matters. This is an office based role with court attendance.We are seeking a fee earner who can demonstrate empathy and supporting clients during emotional times, providing legal advice on financial decisions and being involved with dissolving divorce and civil partnership, and children arrangements. Managing a varied caseload, you will demonstrate experience in:

• Co-habitation and Separation Agreements
• Divorce and name change
• Ancillary relief
• Cohabitation Agreements
• Private Children and Parental responsibilities.
• Pre and Post Nuptials
• Advocacy skills
• Domestic Violence

Expected salary
