You’ll be at the heart of delivering clear, practical advice on everything from inheritance tax and wills to complex estate administration, all while helping clients navigate sensitive matters with confidence and care.Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of private client matters, including some contentious probate files
• Advise clients on estate administration issues and support the team in preparing wills and LPAs
• Deliver exceptional client care, building strong relationships and ensuring clear communication
• Contribute to the firm’s business development efforts through networking and marketing activities
• Stay up-to-date with legal developments in the private client field and share knowledge with the team

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (all PQE levels considered)
• Experience in wills, powers of attorney and probate applications
• Experience in contentious probate would be beneficial
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development
