Heading up a small residential property team with panel membership you will be working with the business owner to support the growth of this department.With strong ties to local estate agents, lenders and referrers, you’ll manage your own varied caseload from start to finish, covering everything from sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold transactions to new builds and shared ownership. Your primary focus will be to provide outstanding client service, playing a key role in maintaining the firm’s strong track record of excellent outcomes. The firm also benefits from impressive marketing capabilities, which have significantly enhanced its reputation and broadened its client base.To be successful in this role, you will be a qualified Solicitor with a proven track record in residential conveyancing. Strong technical knowledge, attention to detail and the ability to work with limited supervision.
