As a Litigation Solicitor, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality legal services to a diverse client base. You will manage a mixed caseload, focusing on insolvency litigation matters, while working closely with senior lawyers to provide tailored solutions. This position offers the opportunity to develop your expertise, contribute to the firm’s success, and build lasting client relationships.Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive legal advice and support to clients in Dispute Resolution & Litigation
• Manage a varied caseload, with a focus on insolvency litigation cases
• Collaborate with senior lawyers to develop effective strategies and deliver exceptional client service
• Demonstrate strong file management skills and ensure cost-efficient delivery of legal services
• Actively participate in the firm’s marketing initiatives, including events and content creation
• Identify opportunities for cross-referrals and contribute to business development efforts
• Maintain a professional reputation and engage in community activities to enhance the firm’s profile

Requirements

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in Litigation
• Experience in insolvency litigation, acting for both Insolvency Practitioners and Directors
• Ability to manage own caseload with guidance from senior lawyers when required
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Proficiency in conducting advocacy at all interlocutory stages
• Enthusiasm for networking and contributing to the firm’s growth and reputation
