Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (Dispute Resolution Department)Location: Kingsbridge, South HamsSalary: DOEHours: 35h Monday -Friday 9am-5pm (Hybrid after probation period)Hawk3 Talent Solutions is proud to be representing a dynamic and expanding legal practice in the South West. We are currently seeking a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join the Dispute Resolution Department and work on a varied and exciting caseload.The Role:As a qualified lawyer (5+ years PQE or equivalent), you will work closely under the supervision of Director and Head of the Dispute Resolution department, and other senior team members. You will be handling a range of disputes across various sectors, including:Commercial litigationCommercial property litigationContentious trusts and probateConstruction disputesThere is an opportunity to specialise in one or more of these areas as you develop your expertise and contribute to the department’s growth.Key Responsibilities:Manage a broad range of dispute resolution matters, including:Commercial landlord and tenant disputesJVA disputes, shareholder and partnership disputesEasements/restrictive covenants, boundary disputes, adverse possession, and property damage claimsResidential possession claimsContentious trusts and probateConstruction disputesNetworking and building relationships with clientsTaking an active role in developing and growing the Dispute Resolution departmentProviding excellent client care and managing expectationsWhat We’re Looking For:5+ years PQE (or equivalent experience as a case handling paralegal in dispute resolution)Knowledge and experience in County Courts and/or High Court litigationExperience in any of the following areas:Commercial landlord and tenant disputesCommercial litigation (JVA disputes, shareholder/partnership disputes)Property disputes (easements, boundary, adverse possession)Residential possession claimsContentious trusts and probateConstruction disputesA client-focused attitude with a passion for networking and business developmentEnthusiasm to work as part of a highly motivated teamBenefits :Competitive market rate salaryExcellent career progression and opportunities to specialiseThe chance to take a central role in the development of the Dispute Resolution offeringA supportive working environment that values work/life balanceHybrid working with some flexibility to work remotely or from other officesTo apply for this position, please submit your CV via the Apply Now button or contact Shannon Bunch on shannon.bunch@hawk-3.com
