The role will oversee the work of other architects and delivery of the solution for clients both internal and external, shepherding it through the relevant governance.Designing and putting in place secure, robust and scalable technical architectures and Salesforce solutions while working with multiple stakeholders. Leading design workshops to understand business process, recommend and design a Salesforce solution that suits the client needsCreate and manage the breakdown of Salesforce solutions into user stories and requirements, estimate each requirement, map dependencies and work with a project manager to build project plansEnsure technical quality and good Salesforce solution design principles are followed by leveraging your deep technical expertise to advise on architectural and technical developmentLead a delivery team and work with a project manager to ensure the implementation of agreed Salesforce solution and infrastructureAllocation of project tasks to the development team, ensuring tickets provide the sufficient technical detail required for developers to followSupport project managers with the relevant information to create documentation for projects including Project Plan, Gantt Chart, Status Reports, Risk Logs etcMonitor and assist delivery of development tasksPerforming code review to ensure quality and best practice standards are metManaging pipelines for CI/CDManaging the testing of the Salesforce solution, provide input to test scripts and triage bugs found on the platformManagement of change from a technical perspective to support project delivery, within budget, scope, quality and timeDocumenting best practices and operational proceduresActing as a role model and advising customers on architectural and technical development best practices during workshops and during the projectManage the handover of the project with customers and other internal teamsCollaborating with clients and project teams from a Technical perspective for Salesforce solutions across a range of industriesLine management of a technical team including Technical Leads and Developers, providing coaching, feedback and support to help them achieve their career goals and grow within the organisationFoster a positive, collaborative and high-performance team culture, focusing on continuous improvement and professional developmentWhat you’ll needMinimum of 5 years’ experience leading and designing Salesforce Solutions on multiple Salesforce projectExcellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skillsStrong background in Salesforce platforms, including Salesforce Cloud solutions (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.), with in-depth knowledge of Salesforce project delivery methodologiesSignificant experience leading project teams to deliver Salesforce projects using various project and program management methodologies in a variety of environmentsExperience designing custom functionality using LWC, Aura, triggers, different custom jobs, flows, data migrations and good understanding of Salesforce best practicesExperience designing different types of integrations between Salesforce and other systems for example integrations using Salesforce APIs, outgoing integrations, web services, Salesforce Connect, Mulesoft and middleware solutionsExtensive knowledge and experience of working with Salesforce.com using out of the box Salesforce functionalityLeading development team throughout the software development lifecycle, managing setting up deployment processes and toolsExcellent leadership and management skills with hands-on experience of managing and coaching technical teams in a leadership roleProven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environmentMultiple Salesforce certifications preferredWhat We OfferA collaborative and fast-paced work environment with opportunities for growth.The opportunity to work with diverse clients across various industries.We offer competitive salaries and benefits including pension plans, income protection, life assurance, discounted healthcare and travel insurance.You’ll enjoy lots of cool perks including free fresh fruit delivered daily along with a fully subsidised barista service.We strongly support a work-life balance and encourage agile and flexible working across the business.Our working parents are eligible for paid family friendly leave once they are with us more than a year and we offer a phased return to work to support their return.You always get your birthday off, company closure days at Christmas and Easter and we have a great holiday allowance scheme allowing you to buy additional leave at the beginning of the year too.Diversity, Inclusion and Wellness is SO important to us and there is always an event within these areas on the horizon.Our diverse and inclusive culture enables our employees to bring their whole selves to work and be proud of doing so.
