Organize technical workshops based on customers’ and partners’ business needs Engage with customers, prospects and partners with training and enablement activities As a solution finder, suggest potential solutions and/or alternatives to key customer and partner challenges Act as technical project manager for customer projects, working with our partners, solution centers & R&D Support sales team in qualifying potential opportunities with current customers, partners, and prospects Develop technical responses for customer requests for information and proposals (RFI, RFP ) Occasional travel to conferences and workshops may be required Very good relationship building capabilities, high-energy & results-oriented Take the lead and responsibility for customer presales engagements Attention to detail, solution-finding and good presentation skills Ability to multitask and structured thinking Experience in software programming is a plus (Java, C, HTML5, JavaScript, etc.) Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English Mechanical Engineering or Computer Science degree or equivalent 1-3 years professional experience in a similar role, ALM experience (automotive/medical/pharma/A&D) is a bonus
