I am seeking an experienced and passionate Sommelier to join the team of an international restaurant group. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep wine knowledge with exceptional guest service skills and a refined sense of hospitality.

As Sommelier, you will be responsible for curating and managing the wine program, providing thoughtful pairings, and guiding guests through an exceptional dining experience. Working closely with the restaurant management and culinary teams, you will play a key role in maintaining the restaurant’s reputation for excellence and sophistication.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee the restaurant’s entire wine program, including selection, purchasing, and inventory management.
* Advise guests on wine pairings and deliver engaging, informative service with a personal touch.
* Collaborate with the culinary team to create pairings that enhance the dining experience.
* Conduct regular training sessions for front-of-house staff to improve wine knowledge and service standards.
* Monitor stock levels, supplier relationships, and wine storage conditions.
* Design and update the wine list according to seasonal changes and menu evolution.
* Support special events, private dinners, and tastings when required.
* Uphold the highest standards of guest service, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Ideal Candidate

* Certified Sommelier (WSET Level 3 or equivalent qualification preferred).
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Sommelier in fine dining or luxury hospitality environments.
* Strong knowledge of Spanish and international wines, regions, and trends.
* Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
* Passionate about guest experience and delivering personalized service.
* Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, refined environment.
