Awash with nautical spirit, our gem on the Italian Riviera celebrates the art of Ligurian living in its purest form.We are looking for a Sous Chef for the next season 2025 to join our Kitchen team.The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and comfortable with challenges. He/She is willing to provide authentic and luxury experiences, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity and community.Reports to Executive Chef.Main duties & responsibilities:

• Assisting the Executive Chef in managing the kitchen brigade and in creating and preparing menus
• Coordinating food production and controlling food quality, taste and presentation of dishes
• Ensuring adherence to all health, safety and security procedures
• Collaborating with all F&B departments: Restaurant, Banqueting, Room Service, Bar Compliance with quality and service standards

Other requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the same role in a fine dining restaurant (Michelin star is a plus)
• Fluent in English and Italian
• Outstanding leadership skills
• Flexibility and excellent efficiency in working under pressure

• Start date: July 2025 to End date: January 2026, with the aim of a continuous collaboration over subsequent seasons at Splendido and a career path
• Monthly gross salary around €3.000, separate payslip for 13°,14° and TFR
