• Resolve complex problems and assignments
• Perform a complex range of technical work activities remotely
• Provide technical assistance to First Line Analysts
• Collaborate with resolver teams and participate on client meetings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both the customer and internal business partners through the provision of timely, accurate and high-quality service.
• Highlight process gaps and inefficiencies; proactively seek solutions to increase productivity and / or level of service provided.
• Update and create technical knowledge base documents and identify knowledge gaps.
• Conduct technical team meetings effectively
• Support operational and project success by handling incoming customer contacts if required
• Proactively collaborate and work together with Senior Team members managing additional projects
• Contribute to the development of technical procedures and standards
• Acts as a role model for colleagues providing guidance around technical and behavioural competencies
• Identify own development needs in line with business objectives.

You are ideal candidate if:

• You have advanced knowledge of Spanish and English language
• You have 1-3 years of experience in relevant IT Service Desk environment
• You have thorough understanding of MS Office, Windows, G-suit, active directory and VPN
• You gained solid knowledge of ticketing tool – Service Now
• Your communication skills are excellent & as an advantage you might have good presentation skills already
• You have analytical and systematic approach
• And you are a great team player.
