Your Contribution

• Support global and regional activities for daily operations of Global CoE for HR Processes&Digitalization
• Provide administrative and technical support for the HR Operations Optimization project
• Resolve technical and process related HR inquiries
• Maintain and monitor the HR system
• Alignment with different stakeholders internationally while rolling out parallel countries in waves
• Provide technical User Support after Go-Live
• Administration of HR-related information and process descriptions in specific HR IT solutions
• (Continuous) Country adoptions and enhancements of HR process design
• Key-user training and knowledge transfer

Your Experience & Qualifications

• Educational background in HR and/or IT is an advantage
• Experience within HR projects in an international business environment
• Experience in one or more HR processes in the SSC/BPO environment
• Very good verbal and written communication skills in English, German is a plus
• Understanding of global HR IT concepts and global dependencies
• Solid organization, planning, and communication skills
• Good team player who enjoys working in an international environment
