Specialist Risk Management – Monitoring, Governance and Audits

Company DescriptionYou will be part of the risk management expertise team at Bosch Power Tools. You will be based in our Budapest office, and you will have the chance to work as a virtual team member, collaborating closely with our team members in our Power Tools Headquarter in Leinfelden, Germany.In your daily work, you will independently perform internal controls and evaluations of risky business processes with focus on logistics such as inventory difference and scrapping. In case of deficiencies, you discuss and align with the local process owners to perform corrective actions and to foster process improvements. You also support the follow-up of defined measures as well as the preparation of your internal control result reporting to the board members. Furthermore, you will support audits and our global PT governance function including our PT Management system powered by SOCOS-PT.Job Description►Conduction of monitoring procedures and controls for PT worldwide e.g., logistics, sales►Consulting, supporting, and training of Monitoring Procedures topics including COMFORT tool (reporting tool)►Administration of the tool for the internal control system COMFORT and GRC (2026)►Preparation of presentations for Power Tools board members►Maintenance of PT management system SOCOS-PT, working with the internal PT-directives and coordinating the Review Committee with the author and stakeholders►Development and maintenance of PowerBI dashboard, e.g. for internal auditsQualifications► Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in the field of auditing, risk management (e.g., experience in BIG4 auditing firms) or monitoring procedures► Education: MSc/BSc degree in business administration, business sciences, business law or comparable working experience► Personality: Strong communication and presentation skills, high level of self-organization, strong team orientation, high level of IT affinity► Working Practice: customer oriented, working independently, proactive, and well-structured, experience in working in a global team and ability to communicate across all hierarchies► Qualifications: Experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required.
