As a Technical IT Specialist, you’ll be the subject matter expert responsible for installing, integrating, verifying, and supporting IT solutions within laboratories. You’ll collaborate with colleagues, clients using the laboratory information system, and client lab personnel. Your tasks will include pre-implementation planning, software installation, automating connections, verification testing, client training, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive Support: Provide end-to-end support for the IT solution for our clients.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the team to optimize IT solutions, service quality, and offerings.

• Statement of Work (SOW): Assist in preparing SOW documents, ensuring all relevant information is captured.

• Project Execution: Ensure that all IT implementation projects adhere to the SOW.

• Software Installation and Configuration: Execute installation and configuration processes for software.

• Structured Training: Deliver structured training on software application products to end-users.

• Post-Sales IT Support: Provide expertise and support for post-sales IT activities.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (BAC+3) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Medical Technology, or a related to laboratory field

• Experience: 2 years in technical IT applications within hospital or laboratory settings.
