Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Sports Marketing Working Student is supporting sports marketing department in Warsaw with various administrative tasks as well as sports marketing activities given by the Sports Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

-Managing orders for promotional materials and products in SAP.
-Monitoring deliveries, updating systems, and resolving logistical issues.
-Preparing daily reports on orders, deliveries, and inventory status.
-Coordinating inventory allocation for athletes and events, ensuring timely dispatch.
-Supporting the team with occasional presentations and administrative tasks.
 

Key Relationships:

-Internal: Sports Marketing, Customer Fulfillment, Warehousing, Finance.
-External: Logistics providers.
 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

-IT skills: MS Office (user knowledge) – advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Powerpoint
-Fluent English & Polish
-Good communication and time management skills
-Orientation to detail
 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

-University student of business or physical education studies (2nd – 4th year)
