Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Sports Marketing Working Student is supporting sports marketing department in Warsaw with various administrative tasks as well as sports marketing activities given by the Sports Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:  

-Ordering promo materials/products using SAP
-Managing delivery of SPOMA orders using internal tools including the invoice flow documentation within the department
-Helping with creating presentations and supportive materials for Sports Marketing Team
-Monthly analysis of respective data, gathering of reports & market updates
-Supporting SPOMA team with various operative and administrative marketing activities for Polish and Baltics markets
 

Key Relationships:

-Internal: Sports Marketing team, Brand Communication, Accounting, Customer Service.
-External: marketing agencies, sport federations, adidas athletes
 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

–IT skills: MS Office (user knowledge) – advanced knowledge of MS Excel, Powerpoint
-Fluent English & Polish
-Good communication and time management skills
-Orientation to detail
-Strong interest in sport required – especially in the running and training category
 

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

-University student of business or physical education studies (2nd – 5th year
