Sport and Faith Leader (Forest of Dean)We’re looking for a Sport and Faith Leader to join our team, with responsibilities in our West Zone across the Forest of Dean.We’re looking for someone who is passionate about sport and physical activity and exploring faith with children, young people and their families. We’re a growing organisation with new team members joining and new locations and projects launching.The role consists of two core elements:Sport and Faith Leader for the Forest of Dean
Holding responsibility for delivery of our vision across the Forest of Dean, coordinating and being involved in the delivery of the programme, liaising with schools, ensuring a quality of delivery is maintained and managing key stakeholder relationships.West Zone Leader
Supporting and managing as a ‘peer practitioner’, Sport and Faith Coaches, Apprentices and Sessional Workers as they deliver the Sportily vision in the location. The team includes: Sport and Faith Coach (0.4, rising to 0.8), 2x Level 4 Apprentices (one new in post, one 12 months in post) and 4 Sessional Workers with established working patterns.Our expectations are realistic, we are not looking for a super-human, just bring your gifts, skills, passion and experiences to join our adventure.
