Job description

Job Purpose:To carry out service and maintenance works on commercial and residential sprinkler systems.Key Accountabilities (major end results the job is expected to achieve):

• To carry out servicing as per the LPCB sprinkler rules and identify any faults.
• Carry out small remedial works where required.
• Be first port of call for any emergency call outs, whether they be in hours or out of hours.
• Work as part of a pair but also able to work solo where required.
• Always promote the company with great customer service.

Job Context / Key Challenges:Be happy and able to work in hours and out of hours where required.Must be able to drive with a full valid UK licence.Role Dimensions:Working with Service Manager and fellow service engineers to complete works accordinglyPerson Profile (Qualifications, Knowledge, Skill and Experience):

• Previous experience within a similar role
• Good knowledge of Sprinkler Systems
• Ability to communicate well, problem solving skills.
• Must have good general I.T knowledge as worksheets are to be electronically submitted daily.
