As a Sr. Application Analyst, you know how to continuously facilitate our business and suppliers in the right way in a constantly changing environment.This is your daily actionAs a Sr. Application analyst – Kronos (UKG), you will join the Business Technology (BizTech) team focusing on HR. You realise the initiatives on the technology roadmap, and, with the teams, you support our Technology business objectives.
The people who work for us make the difference. Stabilisation and optimisation of our HR and store processes is therefore extremely important, and as an application analyst you will be contributing to this. You know everything about HR-related applications, where your position will focus on Kronos (WFC and Pro WFM), but you will also support other applications such as Peopledoc. Your focus will be on application management, and you will ensure, together with our suppliers, that we translate business requirements into requirements, together with the implementation of change requests by the business, for example from the HR department or via Store Operations. Together with the business, you will set priorities, specify test requirements and ensure workarounds or implementations in standard software are possible. In addition to the incidents you pick up. To this end, you will work closely with the service delivery manager and solution architect.Major projects we have recently completed in the team include the implementation of the new countries Switzerland and Portugal, new contract types in France to properly pay overtime and the introduction of new collective labour agreement rules. For these projects, you will continuously be the point of contact. One of the biggest projects at this moment is the transition from Workforce central to Pro WFM (both from UKG).
