Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Sr Customer Service Representative in Paris. Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing world-class support and resolving issues promptly

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of customer requests and orders

• Compete in a fast-paced environment to meet strict deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction

• Determine customer needs and successfully implement tailored solutions

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

• Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience in a similar role

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
